  1. Enter your policy number and birthdate in the above form
  2. Choose Credit/Debit card
  3. Provide the required information and confirm your payment

Make sure that your credit/debit card is under VISA or Mastercard
Metrobank
  1. Download and fill out the Credit Card Authorization Slip
  2. Send in the completed and duly signed slip through or email to paramountdirectaca@paramount.com.ph
    or via mail along with a front photo of your credit card

  1. Enter your policy number and birthdate in the above form
  2. Choose BPI and you will be notified that you will be redirected to BPI's secured site
  3. Login your credentials
  4. Choose your account then input your One-Time Pin
  5. Successful payment confirmation will be displayed

Make sure to keep your credit card account active.
Bancnet
  1. Enter your policy number and birthdate in the above form
  2. Choose Bancnet and you will be redirected to Bancnet secured site
  3. Review all necessary details
  4. Select your bank then proceed
  5. Input your atm number
  6. Then click confirm
GCash
  1. Enter your policy number and birthdate in the above form
  2. Choose GCash
  3. Click Continue, then your will be redirected to GCash app.
  4. Input your G-cash number, Authentication Code and 4-digit MPIN
Coins.ph
  1. Enter your policy number and birthdate in the above form
  2. Choose Coins.ph
  3. Click Pay Bills button on the upper portion of the page and fill in the following information:

    Bill Type: Insurance
    Company Name: Paramount Life
    Account Number: (Policy Number)
    Account Name: (Policyholder's Name)
    Due Date: (Date of Payment)
    Amount: (Exact Amount Due)
BDO
  1. Enter your policy number and birthdate in the above form
  2. Choose BDO Online
  3. A payment link will be sent to your email address together with a reference number
  4. Login through the link provided or via mobile app
  5. Go to Bills Payment
  6. Select company/biller name PAYEXPRESS (PAYNAMICS TECHNOLOGIES INC).
  7. Input the required fields (Amount, Subscriber Name and Subscriber Number) as indicated in the email sent by Paynamics

Subscriber number is also the Reference number. Please note that posting of your payment may take one (1) business day or less. You will receive a payment confirmation via email once your payment has been successfully posted.
Unionbank
  1. Enter your policy number and birthdate in the above form
  2. Choose Unionbank
  3. A payment link will be sent to your email address together with a reference number
  4. Click that link and login using your Unionbank account
  5. Select Transact then Pay Bills
  6. Select company/biller name PayExpress
  7. Input the required fields (Reference Number and the amount) as indicated in the email sent by Paynamics
Metrobank
  1. Enter your policy number and birthdate in the above form
  2. Choose PNB Online
  3. A payment details will be sent to your email address
  4. Access PNB mobile app and login using your own credentials
  5. Click Pay Bills
  6. Choose your preferred account
  7. Under My Billers, select biller PayExpress
  8. Input the required fields (Reference Number and the amount) as indicated in the email sent by Paynamics.
Metrobank
  1. Enter your policy number and birthdate in the above form
  2. Choose Security Bank
  3. A payment link will be sent to your email address together with a reference number
  4. Login to the link provided or via mobile app.
  5. Click Payments & Transfers and select Pay Bills.
  6. Select biller name PAYEXPRESS (PAYNAMICS TECHNOLOGIES INC).
  7. Input the required fields (Amount, Subscriber Number, Source Account and Payment Schedule) as indicated in the email sent by Paynamics

Note: Subscriber number is the Reference number

  2. Choose UCPB Online
  3. A payment link will be sent to your email address together with a reference number
  4. Login to the link provided using your UCPB account
  5. Access Pay bills
  6. Select Enrolled biller
  7. Input the required fields (Reference Number and the amount) as indicated in the email sent by Paynamics
Cebuana Lhuillier
  1. Enter your policy number and birthdate in the above form
  2. Choose Cebuana Lhuillier
  3. Provide the required information, confirm your transaction and you will receive an email and SMS notification of your 17 Digit Reference Number which is valid for 48 hours
  4. Go to any Cebuana Lhuillier branch and ask for the payment form and completely fill in the following details:

    Date: (Date of Payment)
    Biller Name: (PayExpress)
    Name: (Policyholder's Name)
    Amount: (Exact Amount Due)
    Account Number: (17 Digit Reference Number)

Once you have completed your transaction, you will receive a second copy of the validated payment slip
PNB
  1. Enter your policy number and birthdate in the above form
  2. Choose PNB Over the Counter
  3. Provide the required information, confirm your transaction and you will receive an email and SMS notification of your 16 Digit Reference Number which is valid for 48 hours.
  4. Go to the nearest PNB branch and ask for the deposit slip/bills payment slip and completely fill in the following details:

    Date: (Date of Payment)
    Merchant Name: (PayExpress)
    Amount: (Exact Amount Due)
    Reference Number: (16 Digit Reference Number)

Once you have completed your transaction, you will receive a second copy of the validated payment slip
SM Payment
  1. Enter your policy number and birthdate in the above form
  2. Choose SM Bills payment
  3. Provide the required information, confirm your transaction and you will receive an email and SMS notification of your 16 Digit Reference Number which is valid for 48 hours
  4. Go to any SM Payment Center and ask for the payment form and completely fill the following details:

    Date: (Date of Payment)
    Biller Name: (PayExpress
    Name: (Policyholder's Name)
    Amount: (Exact Amount Due)
    Account Number: (16 Digit Reference Number)

Once you have completed your transaction, you will receive a second copy of the validated payment slip
UCPB
  1. Enter your policy number and birthdate in the above form
  2. Choose UCPB Over the Counter
  3. Provide the required information, confirm your transaction and you will receive an email and SMS notification of your 16 Digit Reference Number which is valid for 48 hours
  4. Go to the nearest UCPB Over the Counter facility and ask for the bills payment slip and completely fill the following details:

    Date: (Date of Payment)
    Merchant Name: (PayExpress)
    Amount: (Exact Amount Due)
    Reference Number: (16 Digit Reference Number)

Once you have completed your transaction, you will receive a second copy of the validated payment slip
ExpressPay
  1. Enter your policy number and birthdate in the above form
  2. Choose Expresspay
  3. Provide the required information, confirm your transaction and you will receive an email and SMS notification of your 16 Digit Reference Number which is valid for 48 hours
  4. Go to any Expresspay facility and ask for the payment form and completely fill in the following details:

    Date: (Date of Payment)
    Biller Name: (PayExpress)
    Name: (Policyholder's Name)
    Amount: (Exact Amount Due)
    Account Number: (16 Digit Reference Number)

Once you have completed your transaction, you will receive a second copy of the validated payment slip
Truemoney
  1. Enter your policy number and birthdate in the above form
  2. Choose Truemoney
  3. Provide the required information, confirm your transaction and you will receive an email and SMS notification of your 16 Digit Reference Number which is valid for 48 hours.
  4. Go to the nearest Truemoney facility and ask for the payment form and completely fill the following details:

    Date: (Date of Payment)
    Biller Name: (PayExpress)
    Name: (Policyholder's Name)
    Amount: (Exact Amount Due)
    Account Number: (16 Digit Reference Number)

Once you have completed your transaction, you will receive a second copy of the validated payment slip
BDO
  1. Enter your policy number and birthdate in the above form
  2. Choose BDO Over the Counter
  3. Provide the required information, confirm your transaction and you will receive an email and SMS notification of your 14 Digit Reference Number which is valid for 48 hours
  4. Go to the nearest BDO branch and ask for the deposit slip and completely fill the following details:

    Date: (Date of Payment)
    Account Name: (PAYNAMICS TECHNOLOGIES INC)
    Account Number: (002040111669)
    Amount: (Exact Amount Due)
    Reference Number/Payors Name: (14 Digit Reference Number)

Once you have completed your transaction, you will receive a second copy of the validated payment slip
MLhuillier
  1. Enter your policy number and birthdate in the above form
  2. Choose Mlhuillier
  3. Provide the required information, confirm your transaction and you will receive an email and SMS notification of your 16 Digit Reference Number which is valid for 48 hours.
  4. Go to the nearest Mlhuillier branches and ask for the payment form and completely fill the following details:

    Date: (Date of Payment)
    Biller Name: (PayExpress)
    Name: (Policyholder's Name)
    Amount: (Exact Amount Due)
    Account Number: (16 Digit Reference Number)

Once you have completed your transaction, you will receive a second copy of the validated payment slip
7Eleven
  1. Enter your policy number and birthdate in the above form
  2. Choose 7Eleven
  3. Provide the required information, confirm your transaction and you will receive an email and SMS notification of your 12 Digit Reference Number which is valid for 48 hours
  4. Click Bills Payment and select PayExpress
  5. Enter your Reference Number and the amount due. Please note that you have to round up the amounts with centavo, otherwise the machine will not accept your transaction
  6. Wait for the payment slip that the machine will print
  7. Go to the counter and hand over the slip and pay
ECPay
  1. Enter your policy number and birthdate in the above form
  2. Choose ECPAY
  3. Provide the required information, confirm your transaction and you will receive an email and SMS notfication of your 16 Digit Reference Number which is valid for 48 hours.
  4. Go to any ECPay facility and ask for the payment form and completely fill in the following details:

    Date: (Date of Payment)
    Biller Name: (PayExpress)
    Name: (Policyholder's Name)
    Amount: (Exact Amount Due)
    Account Number: (16 Digit Reference Number)

Once you have completed your transaction, you will receive a second copy of the validated payment slip

  1. Enter your policy number and birthdate in the above form
  2. Choose DA5
  3. Provide the required information, confirm your transaction and you will receive an email and SMS notification of your 16 Digit Reference Number which is valid for 48 hours
  4. Go to the nearest DA5 facility and ask for the payment form and completely fill the following details:

    Date: (Date of Payment)
    Biller Name: (PayExpress)
    Name: (Policyholder's Name)
    Amount: (Exact Amount Due)
    Account Number: (16 Digit Reference Number)

Once you have completed your transaction, you will receive a second copy of the validated payment slip

  2. Choose Posible
  3. Provide the required information, confirm your transaction and you will receive an email and SMS notifications of your 17 Digit Reference Number which is valid for 48 hours
  4. Go to the nearest Posible payment facility and ask for the payment form and completely fill the following details:

    Date: (Date of Payment)
    Biller Name: (PayExpress)
    Name: (Policyholder's Name)
    Amount: (Exact Amount Due)
    Account Number: (17 Digit Reference Number)

Once you have completed your transaction, you will receive a second copy of the validated payment slip
Bayad Centers
  1. Visit any Bayad Centers near you
  2. Present your premium notice
  3. Pay the amount due to the cashier
LBC
  1. Visit any LBC near you
  2. Present your premium notice
  3. Pay the amount due to the cashier
Metrobank
  1. Visit any Metrobank branch near you
  2. Ask for a green payment form and fill in the following details:

    Company Name: Paramount Life
    Subscriber's Account Name: Your full name
    Subscriber's Account Number: 10 digits reference number
    Note: Subscriber's number is your policy number
  3. Present the completed slip, together with your payment to the bank teller for validation
PLGIC
  1. Visit any PLGIC branch near you
    Present the premium notice and pay the amount due to the Branch Office cashier
  2. Wait for the Official Receipt as your proof of payment
